Frog Legs no longer plays together as a band. It was a great run: lots of good times and lessons learned.

Maureen Karpan is the accordionist for the Cajun-Creole band Creole Belles with fiddler Delilah Lewis, guitarist Karen Leigh and bassist Karen Heil, as well as for Courtableu with fiddler Richard Chon of Saddle Cats and Dan Hicks & the Hot Licks, guitarist Gordon Clegg also of Saddle Cats, bassist Bob Huberman, and drummer David "Killer" Hymowitz. Marty Jara is a regular at the Isleton Music Festival where, as part of the All-Star Cajun Band, he accompanies Louisiana accordionist Jesse Lege on fiddle and Texas fiddler Edward Poullard on guitar. He plays tenor ukulele with Steven Strauss in the Archer String Band. He plays fiddle, and occasionally bass and guitar, with Pete Olson's Honkytonk Band. Contact Marty at or 510-528-3155.

Elaine Herrick plays stand-up bass, accompanying singer-songwriter Helen Mead. She is a long-time member of the Vallejo Symphony and also performs as a free-lance jazz bassist. Contact Elaine at or 707-226-9071.

David "Killer" Hymowitz is still the hardest working drummer in the Bay Area Cajun music community. He plays with Maureen in the Cajun band Courtableu.
